Challenge

Personal and small-business finance tools force a choice between oversimplified budgeting apps and accounting software that assumes a trained bookkeeper. Neither scales smoothly from a household to a growing business.

Solution

A single double-entry ledger core with two faces: a Simple mode for personal use where the server balances the entry, and an Advanced mode for explicit multi-line journal entries, accounting periods, and multi-currency reporting — plus its own identity, session, and credential layer.

Challenge

A growing apparel manufacturer was outgrowing spreadsheets for purchase orders, production tracking, and stock across outlets, with no system tying sales back to what was actually in production or in stock.

Solution

A modular monolith covering sales, purchasing, production/work orders, inventory with proper costing, and marketplace connectors for e-commerce channels — built for one client, one workflow, with no multi-tenant compromises.

Challenge

Field operations and management reporting were disconnected — data collected on-site had no direct path into the reports and decisions made at the management level.

Solution

A native Android app for field data capture paired with a web dashboard and API layer, giving management a live view of farm operations without manual re-entry.

Work orders, discounts, down payments, and remaining balances were tracked manually across production and finance, with no single source of truth for what a job actually owed.

A production workflow system generating work orders (SPK) tied to customer invoices, with down-payment and balance tracking, deployed behind a hardened reverse-proxy gateway for the client's production environment.
